About Cheryl Reed

Executive Broker Cheryl Reed’s roots run deep in the beautiful Ozarks where she comes from a long line of hard-working farmers. She grew up playing on the banks of the Buffalo National River and the surrounding area where she knows the backroads and all the best swimming and fishing holes. She and her husband of 45+ years live on and own a 6-generation cattle farm in Searcy County, Arkansas where they raised their 2 sons and now a new generation of 5 grandchildren. Cheryl has an exploring spirit and loves to travel, spending as much time as possible with the grands, swimming, fishing, kayaking, and working outdoors with their Gardiner Angus cattle and Missouri Fox Trotter horses.

With over 45 years' experience in real estate and having retired from a successful career in financial services and bank management in 2008, Cheryl takes great pride in offering professional hometown customer service. She is accredited as a multi-million-dollar producer, recipient of the 2018 RE/MAX Spirit Award, RE/MAX 2020, 2021, & 2022 100% Club, 2019, 2023, & 2024 Executive Club, is a Certified Land Specialist, Top Ranked Agent, Accredited Buyer's Agent, and a National Realtor Association member. As a Premier Veteran Agent, she is always grateful for opportunities to serve our Veterans which make up a large percentage of her clientele.

Over the years Cheryl has served on numerous community Boards and currently serves on the Buffalo River Community Development Board that has been instrumental in the Searcy Co.
